We do not offer returns or refunds. We will replace your product with the same/correct order if needed. We will not replace your damaged or incorrect order with any other product until proof of damage or incorrect product was received. If incorrect product was received, we will supply return postage. When incorrect product is returned, we will replace with correct order.
